Homemade Granola


  • 5 cups of Rolled Oats
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. SVA Super Spice #3
  • 1 half tsp. stevia
  • 1 third cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups dried fruit
  • 1/4 cup of honey 


Combine oats, cinnamon, stevia, and SVA spice in large bowl. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slowly pour oil into mixture and stir to coat evenly. Line two cookie sheets with aluminum foil and spread mixture evenly and pat down. Bake for 30 minutes flipping mixture half way through. When finished turn off oven. Microwave honey for 30 seconds on high until fluid. Gather seeds and dried fruit and when granola is cooked, combine all ingredients into large mixing bowl and slowly pour the honey into mix evenly coating. Transfer the mixture to cookie sheets and store in oven overnight.
