Gluten Free Pancakes

( 1 Dozen 5- Inch pancakes)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten Free cake flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon butter (melted & cooked
  1. Sift cake flour, baking powder, sugar & salt
  2. Beat egg & add butter
  3. Add egg mixture to flour
  4. Add milk until desired thickness
  5. Stir only enough to moisten mixture.
  6. Heat griddle & lightly grease it
  7. Spoon batter onto griddle & coook until surface is dooted with holes. Flip & cook until light brown
  8. Keep all pancakes warm in 200 F oven until serving
